Apparently the management at Bluewater thinks that what you wear/say signifies your behaviour. Wearing a baseball hat while visiting the Kent shopping mall would mean you are more likely to be 'anti-social' than others and would mean you could get kicked out.
Who do they think they are? Harrods?
